All of a sudden, Jon found himself standing in his backyard, face-to-face with Stone Julie. Her sunglasses were off, revealing her ghostly white eyes.

"Jon, you are a very intelligent human. I know I will need your assistance to complete my goal. However, I cannot trust you, yet, even as a young Hindu girl ..."

Jon shifted uneasily.

"I will need some sort of proof that you have what it takes to help me. Now I will explain the reason for our location. Inside your house, your mother is doing the laundry in the basement. I want you to go inside and kill her using whatever means available."

Jon's heart sunk into the very depths of his stomach. How this was going to turn out, he had no idea, but it probably wouldn't be good.

"I will give you an alternative, however. If you do not wish to join me, I will destroy your family myself, and you can live the life of a poor Hindu girl in Pakistan for the remainder of your life. So what is it going to be?" Her icy stare penetrated his soul. He needed to think of what to do, but his mind was racing so fast, he couldn't figure anything out. If he was so smart, how come he couldn't figure out a plan?! He definitely couldn't say "no", because if he was in Pakistan, then he'd have absolutely no chance of ever destroying Stone Julie. Jon decided to just go from here, and pray that he'd figure something out.

"I'll ... do it," he said, noticing that he could now speak English again. In a young girl's voice with a thick accent, but English nonetheless.

"Wise choice."
