For Mikey all was business as usual. And when he finished his training. Jon was very happy too. He couldn't wait for Mikey to take him off his foot. Walking to the lockerroom, dad had just arrived to pick him up.
"Take your stuff Mike, you can change at home. I'm a bit in a hurry."
John wanted to scream, he was looking forward to the locker room the whole training long. And now he had to wait again. He wants to get out so badly. Mikey's sweat penetrated his very being, and he felt himself cling to the bottom of the foot and toes.
Mikey took his stuff and jumped in the car. At home Mikey kicked off his shoes, and trew his backpack in the corner.
"Fresh air" thought John, and he felt his sock body getting colder in the breeze. Mikey forgot completely about John. He walked to the TV, switched it on, and started a video game. He sat down on his knees. "Please, Mikey" Jon wanted to say, but he could do nothing. Because of Mikey's sitting on his knees, John was now looking upwards. He had a clear view of the living room. Just at that moment Karyn entered the room.
"Ah yeah", Jon's mom said, "Jon is home now. She turned around towards Mikey, suddenly realizing he was still wearing Jon. "Argh Come on Mikey, Take Jon off will you."
"Sorry Mom" Mikey said, and paused the game. And started taking off his right sock.
"I'll take that" , said Karyn, and walked to Johns room.
Jon was happy to be released from Mikey's foot. The fresh air made him really cold.
"Ow Jon, you got yourself in a big mess, haven't you..."
