"Can I have the stone please?" Lenny asked.
Jon wondered for a moment if he should just hand over the wishing stone to this stranger (he knew who Leonard was, but didn't know him well), even if the stranger believed he was his friend.
But in the end, Jon decided that he could trust him. Lenny did, in fact, have Karyn's personality now. And if he couldn't trust Lenny, then he couldn't trust Karyn either (the original Karyn, that was).
Jon handed Lenny the stone.
"Thanks," Lenny said. "I wish ..."
