After getting bored, Katie Li and the rest of the swapped people at Jacob Foster's house decided to turn on the TV, and that's when they noticed a news alert concerning their town.

"That's the police station," said the boy (who was actually the cheerleader Jessica Smith).

"Shhh," shushed one of the little girls (who was actually Dr. Harold Foxworth).

They watched as a woman came on the screen.

"We're sorry about that, folks. It's sad news, but our lead reporter has been victimized by the phenomenon that is gripping this town." The camera moved with the reporter woman. "It's just a matter of time before the rest of us succumb to it as well, so we're going to be quick. Everyone who has not been affected yet - please leave town immediately. It is very important that ... hey ... hey, stay away ..." The camera moved to the left and a young woman stepped into view.

"Hey!" Katie yelled out. "That's me! What the heck am I wearing?" The outfit (a long skirt and long-sleeved blouse) was a little too conservative for Katie and it was a shock to see herself wear such a thing, even if it really wasn't Katie who was wearing it.

"God has sent us a sign," the young Asian woman said on the TV. "This is a warning that our rampant acts of sin will not go unpunished. Hear me, all you ..." The reporter pushed her out of the way.

"Sorry about that. Apparently, that girl is a little off her rocker. While the events unfolding are certainly strange, there's no proof that ..."

Katie stared at the TV. "He's destroying my life. If I ever get back to normal, people are going to think I'm a crazy weirdo."

Jamie Fitzpatrick was at the downtown McDonald's, just finishing up her first shift of the day. She worked twice as many shifts as the rest of the employees, because she had to take care of her sick grandmother and herself. They weren't very well off, financially, and this was the best work she could get, since she was a high school dropout.

She walked back into the kitchen and confronted her boss. "I need to go home."

"Your shift isn't over, Jamie. And you've got two more after that. I'm understaffed as it is," he told her.

"But you know what's happening out there, don't you? I need to see if my grandmother is okay."

"Sorry."

Jamie dropped her head, then went back to the counter. But after she did, a wild-eyed woman in a flower-print dress barreled in through the doors and ran to the counter. "You have to help me!" she yelled, grabbing Jamie's arm.

Suddenly, the entire restaurant filled with a bright white light. And when it was gone, Jamie found herself somewhere else. It looked like a bedroom, but it was huge and filled with expensive-looking furnishings. She looked down at herself and was shocked. Instead of her McDonald's uniform, she was wearing a stylish red dress with a low neckline, that showed off her less-than-ample cleavage. Jamie wasn't the greatest-looking girl around. She wasn't ugly, but she wasn't really attractive either. Just kind of plain. And with only B-cup breasts, she wasn't as much of a head-turner as a lot of other girls her age.

"Honey, are you ready?" a man's voice asked.

By now it was clear that Jamie had swapped with someone. A woman, maybe a little older than herself, and definitely a lot richer. She glanced down at her hand and saw diamond wedding ring on her finger. Yeah, definitely richer.

The desire for taking advantage of this situation was very strong. Jamie and her grandmother were basically dirt poor. That's why Jamie had to work so much. But the woman she now inhabited seemed to be very well-to-do. If she could just convince people that she really was this woman, she could use her money to help her grandmother. Maybe even find a treatment for her ailing condition.

"Honey?" the man asked again. This time, Jamie saw him peeking in from the adjacent bathroom. He was a handsome guy, maybe late-twenties. And if he knew what Jamie really looked like, he probably wouldn't want anything to do with her.

"Almost," she said and the guy moved back into the bathroom. She turned her attention towards a mirror and saw what everyone else saw when they looked at her.

The woman was drop-dead gorgeous and from the look of her, probably in her mid-twenties. Long, bouncy platinum blond hair, perfect tanned skin, a thin waist, and a pair of D-cup breasts. The dress she wore really accentuated her ample cleavage, making her look even sexier.

Jamie looked back down at herself and saw her own 18-year old body again. She still had her short frizzy brown hair, her somewhat pale skin, her somewhat chubby waist, and her pair of B-cup breasts. The dress made the woman in the mirror look fantastic, but it didn't really do much for Jamie herself. She was glad that only she would be able to see herself. She never cared much for looks, but there was something enticing about being in this woman's body, having her attractive appearance, wearing her expensive and sexy clothes.

"Okay, I'm ready," the man said, walking out of the bathroom. Then he looked at Jamie oddly. "Julie, what have you been doing all this time? You didn't put your jewelry on, not to mention your shoes. We're meeting my boss. I want you to look as good as possible, to make a good impression."

"I know," Jamie said, trying to play along. "I was just seeing if my make-up was okay." It was obvious that this guy didn't know anything about what was happening out there. If he did, he wouldn't be worrying about some lunch date with his boss. He'd have other things on his mind.

"Believe me, it's perfect. Now please, finish up? I want to leave as soon as possible."

"Okay."

He left the bedroom, leaving Jamie alone with herself. Although, with the reflection of the man's wife in the mirror, it felt like Jamie wasn't really "alone".
