I may be a bit squeamish, but I think Anneza would feel downright violated by a random boy putting on her clothes, so besides any other effects, she might well take out her already foul mood on him somehow. Just sayin'.
Regarding effects... Maybe, seeing as it's a zero-g-material thingie, it could take Julian into an uncontrollable high-speed floating ride where he'd be screaming all of the way? It seems the likeliest thing I can think of - I don't really imagine transformation being an effect here.
