"I'm sure he would disagree," she pointed out. "Jon has three kids, after all."
"Jon isn't a woman."
"I suppose not in some ways...but you really shouldn't put labels on people, Karyn."
Karyn thought about it and realised that Rebecca was right. She shouldn't go around judging people. If they wanted to do something or be someone she shouldn't call them out on it.
"Well I'd best get home and put Alex to bed." Rebecca said starting to head downstairs. "After all. He needs his beauty sleep." She winked at Karyn.
As they reached the door Rebecca turned to say goodbye. "So I shall see you tomorrow before class starts?" She asked.
Karyn nodded. "I'll be there." She said.
"Good. I'll see you then. Bye Karyn." Rebecca gave her a little wave as she walked towards her car.
As she turned on the engine she accidentally woke Alex. Looking at him in the mirror she said. "Go back to sleep honey. We'll be home shortly. You have a big day tomorrow."
Alex just gently nodded before drifting off to sleep again.
