The next morning Earl was struggling to awaken, but recognized the delicious scent of coffee and was that bacon and eggs he smelled? Linda never cooked breakfast for him anymore. "I wonder what the special occasion is." He muttered to himself.
It wasn't until this moment that Earl's mind reengaged and the previous nights memories came flooding back all at once.
