"What's your name?" Karyn asked the woman.
"Jason. I know, I know. It's not a girl's name. But as I've said, I'm not really a girl. The sultan calls me Jasmine. I hate that name and what he's done to me."
"Listen," Karyn said. "Do you know of anyone named Jonnie?"
"Why yes. The sultan has orders for her to be brought to him. She is to become part of his harem. By now, the guards must have found her."
"We need to save her," Karyn said.
"Really? Is she important to you?"
"Yes," Karyn answered.
"Then we'll need to make plans."
