The hunter grunted as he said "Daniel Jadestone. I don't know what your interest in me is but, just because I hunt werewolves, it does not mean that I'll be friends with a vampire lord like yourself. You should be dead." "If that is what you think, I'll disappear. My clan and I will catch a train and head for the vampire council." He stood up and said "Do you really think you will get out of here alive? This library is filled with hunters from all over the city. You are as good as dead." I shrugged. I would be able to get away. "Make sure you leave here Alexander. You are not equipped for this fight." I warned him. He just scoffed. "Why would I risk myself when I was already the bait? It is the end." he responded, brimming with confidence. "I guess this is the last time you'll see me. Take care." I said with a wave. As soon as I saw him leave. The library was swarmed with hunters. I just chuckled. I stood up and looked down at them. There were dozens of them. I slaughtered them as they charged me. There was so much blood, I was able to make a full Blood Clone. It fought in my stead as I left in chaos.
Unless I was mistaken, the clone would be able to kill all of the hunters in this city. That would allow the other vampire to rise up. The hunters and the city guard all ran to the library to kill the clone. It was a futile effort and the force the city had was slowly whittled down. As a spite project, I burnt down the whole of the park with my pyrokinesis. That then left me to gather my clan. It was time to catch that train. I made sure that their identities were all hidden. We made our way to the train platform at night. There was still fighting going on at the library. When the train came, several hunters had their equipment and began running. We all got on and made our way to the 1st class booths. We took it over and had them give us all of their money. For the next 5 days, were in the lap of luxury. The attendants were all nice to us. The gang members had never had such service before/ We had the blinds down to minimize the amount of light that could come in. When we got out, I found out where the new vampire council was by asking around. Once I was there, the vampires made way for us.
Very quickly, I was able to get an audience with them. I was able to see them because I was a former member. When they saw who I was and conformed my identity, it was pretty much what I expected. They feared me and the leader offered me my old seat back. I accepted and told them that I would be needing a villa to live in. The council acquiesced and gave me a property that had been one of the councils many vacation resorts. It was fine with me. Doing that meant that we would have to live in a new country. It was just the next one over though. I would be great to get a fresh start for all of us. I had to make sure that the clan would be fine. They asked me about why I was dormant for so long. They also wanted to know why there were rumors of a ruckus in Jadesbane. I had to explain myself to them. I told them what happened and did not leave anything out. They looked like I was crazy, but none of them had the guts to tell me that. There would have been serious problems if they did. With that settled, I was going to be in this city for a bit. I wanted to see what was going on over here.
